Navigating registered apprenticeship records with Apprentage

Feb 5, 2024 — by Turbine Workforce

What the 2024 article got wrong

The February 2024 post described paperwork, competency sign-offs, and handoffs between HR and mentors. It also claimed Apprentage offered membership sales funnels, monetization, and AI analytics, without showing those tools or any named customer outcomes.

Those unrelated sales claims are not part of an evidenced apprenticeship workflow. The historical post does not establish that they existed in 2024 or exist now.

Start with the agreement and the work

A sponsor establishes an approved program and agreement; an employer provides paid supervised work; an instruction provider delivers related instruction. A mentor's competency sign-off should refer to the actual task and the standard it demonstrates.

For a current Apprentage discussion, trace one apprentice from agreement to work-process record, mentor approval, and instruction milestone. Clarify who can correct an entry and who decides what is reported to the registration agency. Book a demo to examine today's workflow instead of relying on the 2024 marketing description.
