Tokenomics and apprenticeship incentives: an unshipped 2022 idea

Jan 14, 2022 — by Turbine Workforce

From the Turbine Workforce archive. Historical organizations and product names describe the work at the time, not current Apprentage customer relationships.

This January 2022 Turbine stub said only “It's on the roadmap” and displayed a Brave Basic Attention Token image. It did not describe a shipped token, a funded upskilling program or measured results.

The apprenticeship question

Incentives for instruction and on-the-job learning must be designed around a real sponsor, employer obligations and verifiable progress. A token concept alone does not establish a credential, wage payment or apprenticeship record.

Apprentage today

Apprentage addresses the operational work of tracking related instruction, OJT evidence and program records for sponsors and intermediaries. The 2022 roadmap stub is a historical idea; it is not an Apprentage tokenomics feature or customer story.

Original artifact

The original stub included a Brave Basic Attention Token image, not a source for any tokenomics performance claim.
